The Council:
-
controls and manages the business and affairs of the College; and
-
may exercise all powers and functions as may be exercised by the College other than the powers and functions that are required by the Rules to be exercised by general meetings of the fellows of the College; and
-
has power to perform all such acts and things as appear to the Council to be essential for the proper management of the business and affairs of the College.
The Council consists of:

The officers of the College (4);

Once the number of College fellows exceeds 40, two (2) ordinary members, each of whom shall be elected at the annual general meeting of the College in each year.
